ALWAYS CARRY YOUR BOOX READER IN THE LEATHER CASE. It is a little protective! Remember that the most frequent reason for all reading devices with electronic paper displays to be out of the order is  broken screen !

ONYX INTERNATIONAL provides a one year limited warranty   for ereaders ONYX BOOX 60 .

The warranty card for ereader released by ONYX INTERNATIONAL INC.:

1. Warranty Terms:

Within 15 days from the date of ONYX BOOX purchase, any complaints caused by failure of the eBook reader’s performance under normal operating conditions, without overhaul, can be accepted and can be replaced by the same type of new ereader or maintenance service;

Within 1 year from the date of ereader purchase, any complaints caused by failure of the product’s performance under normal operating conditions, without overhaul, can be accepted by maintenance service.

Within 3 years from the date of ereader buy, eBook reader performance problems occur, can enjoy fee-based maintenance services.

2. The following circumstances, do not belong to the scope of the warranty, this warranty card will automatically expire, but can enjoy fee-based maintenance services:

1. No BOOX trademarks or ONYX disqualified product;

2. Disassembling, repairing the failure eBook Reader without authorization.

3. The failure eBook reading device with series number missing or with altered serial number.

4. The fault of eBook reader or damage caused by man-made or abnormal operations (subject to the environmental with too wet or too dry, unstable voltage or current, zero ground voltage is too large, etc)

5. Damage to ereader caused by accident, misuse, violence, falling down.

6. Natural consumption (the nature consumption of shell, patch components, wear and aging);

7. Damage caused to eBook reader by force majeure (eg fire, flood, earthquake and other disasters);

8. The default caused by eBook reader software operation outside the scope of SKD permitted.

9. The failure eBook reader does not belong to Onyx after identification.

3. Maintenance Services Notices:

User sends the eBook reader for repairing, before sending it for maintenance, please contact with our After-sales department to ascertain the default and fill up the maintenance application form (down load from Onyx official website).

The original or a copy of purchase voucher (invoice) is needed when you send the product to our company.

The service of “warranty” or “maintenance” is applicable to electrical components only (hardware board and ereader screen), does not include the shell, manual, packing or other accessories.

4. Particular declaration:

As the written information, eBook reader software can not be used, and special use of any mechanical failure or a result of direct and indirect losses (such as loss of business information, etc.), Our Company shall not be responsible.

The native consumers are protected by the consumer protection laws of our own country. If consumers buy products in a foreign country, then follow the foreign country's consumer protection law.
